Social Registration and Login Options Now Available!

Now, I am sure that we all like to have things simple.  There are many things in life that have to be complicated but you DPS Computing account just got even simpler to use!

As our regular visitors and members will know, one of the measures that we use to prevent spam on the website is to disable commenting for guests.  However, we realise that registering an account, filling out forms, checking e-mails just register and make one comment can be a bit OTT.

So now, we’ve made it really simple for anyone with a Facebook or WordPress.com account.  On the right hand side there are some new social media login buttons underneath the normal login form.  Whether you are currently registered on the site or not, you can use these secure logins to login to your existing DPS Computing account or register a DPS Computing account with your social media details.

Simple – registering and login all rolled into one easy process using accounts you have already created!

For our existing members, as long as your verified email address on your Facebook / WordPress.com account is the same as the email address you provided to DPS Computing we’ll automatically link your accounts – so theres no need to worry about losing your previous account information, posts or comments on DPS Computing.

So, basically, whether you need to register an account, login to your account or link your DPS Computing account to your social media / Facebook / WordPress.com accounts, just use the ‘Connect With’ buttons on the right hand side, underneath the usual login form, and all the necessary actions will be taken within a couple of seconds and automatically.
