Freeview Retune Causes Further Complaints – This Time ITV Is In The Firing Line

Once again the Freeview retune is causing great controversy – this time with ITV getting the brunt of the complaints mainly from customers having to retune and also customers who are complaining about losing their access to the ITV digital channels ITV3 and ITV4.

The retune, with the main aim of making Channel Five available to all, has had the negative side effects of some viewers losing access to other channels.  The negative effects of the retune seem to be affecting customers more than any positive effects of it – probably because Channel Five was available to most households prior to the retune.
